File content:

FLASHABL21_YEN.RAR  => Modify BIOS Backup file
FLASHABL.ROM   => Extracted BIOS File
BIOS263.BAK  =>  Origin BIOS by DELL Inc

WINPHLASH.EXE  => Base exec file

To flash BIOS, put BIOS file use NAME: FLASHABL.ROM

CHECK IT NO ERROR to continue..

Run WINPHLASH.EXE to flash BIOS, if anything appear, click YES to continue,
